We are Insurance Claims Specialist and are ready to help you get a new roof covered by your insurance company. Already have a claim, we can help with any stage of the process.
Castillo Elite Roofing's Claims Process
Inital Inspection
CER representative will perform and document a full assessment of the roof to determine if there is any storm damage, review damages with you, and make a suggestion on filing a claim based on our findings.
Claim Approval
The adjuster will send out a detailed estimate for the scope of work along with the ACV 1st check. We will begin work on supplementing any line items that were missing on the scope of work.
Roof Installation
Materials are ordered, work commences and project is completed. During installation a CER Project Manager will document any unforeseen damage or repair requirements (supplements) while finishing the project.
File A Claim
We will help you file your claim. An adjuster will contact you to schedule an inspection. A CER specialist will then meet with the adjuster on inspection day and get on the roof with them to ensure the roof is properly inspected and nothing is missed.
Schedule Your New Roof
You will pick out the shingle type and color and discuss possible changes and upgrades to the job. We will then schedule your installation. At this time the ACV check along with your deductible is used a down payment for the project.
Supplements & Final Paymen
Once supplements are approved and complete we will submit your certificate of completion to insurance company with a final invoice. Your insurance company will then issue you a check for the final balance, which you will forward to CER.
